The annual Kelper’s Festival 2024 at Pacific Beach!
Labor Day weekend – August 31st and September 1st

Festivities start at noon on Saturday with the Kiddies Parade on Main Street. Open to all children and lead by the Pacific Beach pirate. Be there 10 minutes before noon to assemble on the corner of 4th and Main Street.
After the Kiddies Parade the annual tug-of-war competition will be held on the beach. Chose your side Pacific Beach or Moclips and support or join your team.
Starting at 5pm Monty Ray Camp 1 Road will take to the Main Street Stage next to the Wacky Warehouse for the annual street dance from 5pm to 8pm.
The big event on Sunday is the Kelper’s Parade that starts at noon from Moclips and ends on Main Street in Pacific Beach.
The final event will be the Rubber Duck Race at Joe Creek. A $10 donation per entry or 3 entries for $20 is requested. First place prize is an XBOX game console, 2nd place prize is $100 Fresh Foods Market gift certificate.
